How we’re moving to a paperless system
Back in April we introduced moDel-VM, an online system which we now use everyday to make sure that Vehicle Connections runs as smoothly as possible. We were also published in 3 press releases across various websites which you can see below:
What does moDel do for us? Here in the office we load on a job to the backend system, entering all the details necessary. From here, we email the drivers the access codes to get onto the job and see all the details themselves. The drivers then know everything they need to (from the registration/chassis number to the addresses and contact details of the dealers). And this is all done in real time without any delay – so nothing can go wrong. Then, when the job is completed we get all the forms we need to send to the relevant companies so there is no delay in sorting anything out!

2018 Charity Ball
Once Again we sponsored the Jardine Audi Charity ball to help raise money for Whizz Kidz, Legacy 4 Lucy and Promise Dreams.
This year was Jardine’s 5th year of holding the event, so to make things that little more special we moved the venue to Dunstall Racecourse in Wolverhampton and gave the theme of Hollywood. The event was a sell out at 350 tickets. As always the entertainment was amazing with the help of Marilyn Monroe, Will Smith and the Singing waters!
The night was a packed full of fun which in the end raised £12,596.56 which is our highest total to date…We look forward to 2019.

Welcome to our shiny new website! We have listened to our customers and now made booking and managing your transport easier than ever, with our online booking form and job management.
When booking online the system will remember your addresses so you can easily select them next time. In addition you can login to search, manage and check on the progress of all jobs.
10 Years Trading
We are excited to announce that our family business has now reached 10 years of trading, and we’re still growing.
From starting off with a father and son business at home as trade platers.. after 10 great years we have moved into our own indoor storages complex and HQ. We now run a fleet of ten transporters and a team of trade plate drivers operating nationwide working for both the motor trade and the public.
2017 Charity Ball
This year, we were the sponsors of the Audi Charity Ball. We raised £8962.53 for two charities.
Here’s some details about the charities we’ve helped out:
- Whizz-Kidz: Whizz-Kidz provides disabled children with the essential wheelchairs and other mobility equipment they need to lead fun and active childhoods.
- Lucy’s Legacy (Legacy4Lucy): Breast Cancer Now’ are committed to ensuring that 2050 will be the last year a woman will die from Breast Cancer in the UK. The Charity, who in the words of the Oncologists are ’pioneering as they research to find a cure for an illness which affects 55,000 women in the UK each year’ are committed to find a cure for this illness which sadly kills 11,000 of these diagnosed women.
Here at Vehicle Connections Ltd, we’re always wanting to help out charities and our local community wherever we can. We look forward to next year’s ball!
